My Refund policy is that if you return a item..and the item is not defective from the manufacture.... ... you must pay the return shipping cost.. and there is no refund on the shipping that you paid when you bought the item..... I also will deduct a 25 percent restocking fee from the cost of the item you are returning.....The item must be returned to me within 3-5 days...... I will then send you a refund minus the restocking fee If the item is defective from the manufacture....{{ if not stated in the listing ad }}.. .......I will send you a replacement and I will pay to have the item shipped back to me.{ I will pay return shipping..... so you MUST follow my Return instructions}. .... .... I do not give refunds for something that is damaged by the shipping company and you did not purchase insurance..... ....I will not give refunds for you causing damage when you open the package when received. Please note: I live in Florida...Hurricane Season is from June 1 to the end of Nov. If a hurricane or storm is near me, {east coast of FL} I may lose elect power and more for a few days to a few weeks.. In which case, If you purchase something from me, you may not get it right away.
