Tips for Buying
When contacting someone to buy their item, it's good to follow some of these tips to ensure you're getting what you really want.

1. Ask for more information about the item. Ask about the condition, model/serial number, circumstances for selling the item, and any other information or questions you may have.

2. Inspect the item if it's convenient. Otherwise, have the seller send you more detailed photos of the item.

3. Use common sense; follow the rule "if it's too good to be true, it probably is." Ask in the blujay community forums if you want a second opinion.

4. Avoid giving out any personal or financial information and sending money until you feel satisfied with the legitamacy of the seller.

Contacting Sellers
When you've found the item you're looking for, you can contact the seller by clicking the "contact seller" button. You'll need to enter your email address so the seller can contact you back via email.

Searching
There are many ways to look for items, browsing through categories, using search words, or visiting a seller's store.

You can also find items by using search words to match words in an item's subject & description. In the search window, type the words you want to find in a listing.

You can browse categories by clicking on the category name on the right side of the homepage.

It's also possible to visit the seller's blujay store by clicking on the "View Seller's Webstore" to see the other items they're selling.
