A Quilts by Judie at Creekside designed quilt using a printed teddy bear cowboy panel. The panel makes up the center of this cute nursery quilt.
One decorator pillowcase is included with purchase. The body fabric of the pillowcase is the same flannel that was used on the back.
The size of this cute quilt is 63.00in x 49.00in.
The printed panel has an inner border of red fabric with black horseshoes. That is followed by a zig zag border. The zig zag border technique was a learning experience for Creekside from a book called The Border Workbook by Janet Kime. I love the look of the zig zag border around the cute center panel.
Then another border of red fabric was applied followed by the outer border which is more western print. Yellow Texas stars with light blue hearts on a blue back ground.
The fabrics are 100% cotton with a 50% bamboo & 50% cotton batting. Bamboo is biodegradable. Bamboo content provides a softer product than all cotton. The production and distilling was done under strict accordance with ISO 9000 and ISO 14000, producing a natural eco friendly fiber without any chemical additives. Bamboo owns a uniuqe anti bacterial ability. When combined with natural cotton, bamboo softens the batting and is a delight to handle while sewing and creates a comfortable quilt.
The backing is a soft, warm flannel with a mini cowboy print on a soft yellow background.
The binding is more of the red fabric with black horseshoes and was applied entirely by machine. I used to spend hours hand sewing binding on childrens quilts that noramlly are washed much more often than adult quilts.I have changed that policy and now sew the binding on by machine with one of the many decorative stitches available on the machine.

If you find that you are not happy with the purchase of your Creekside Quilt product contact us to receive a Return Identification Number. Items will not be accepted without this number.
Buyer pays return INSURED PRIORITY shipping. The item must be received in a clean, unused and odor free condition. If this is found to be true a refund (minus shipping & insurance fees) will be applied to the account from which it was paid.
If upon receipt the item is found to be dirty, or used or smells of cigarette/cigar smoke a 20% cleaning fee (along with shipping & insurance fees) will be deducted from the refund.
