Shipping Time -
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Orders will be processed upon receipt of order however will not be released for shipping until reciept of payment.
Shipping Methods -
Merchandise will be shipped using Federal Express, DHL, DHE, Ground Service which ever gives you the better shipping cost.
In addition, Tables and Chairs orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers. A tracking number will be provided for each order.
Delivery Inspection Notice
Please inspect all packages for any damage or shortage before accepting any shipment. Inform the driver and make notes on the Bill of Lading of any damages or discrepancies at the time of delivery with the delivery driver. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the Bill of Lading. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
