Ten inches in diameter, richly rimmed with gold, made in the U.S.A. of heavily glazed ceramic material; the back simply states "For decoration only" and is embossed with "U.S.A." On the front, the decal is textured so that the bird's golden feathers and the folds in the colonial flag have a three dimensional look.
