This is a linen-finish portrayal of the War Memorial Building in St. Louis, MO that is dedicated to the military personnel that gave their lives in the World War (I presume it is for the 1st World War). Each name of the soldiers is incised in the brick sarcophagus. The building also includes two halls--one to house the mementos of the war and one as an assembly room. The postcard measures approximately 5 ½ inches by 3 ½ inches and is in very good condition with no marks, folds, or tears. The colors are very bright and vibrant. The corners are showing some very slight wear from some slight creasing. There is some discoloration on the address side due to aging. Images of both sides of postcard are included for your review.
