Meet hit man Tommy Spinelli (Pesci). He's got 24 hours to deliver a bag of 8 "former associates" to an angry mob boss in San Diego. But when Charlie (Andy Comeau), a fellow passenger on his flight, mistakenly takes the bag, the heads to Baja...and Tommy just goes ballistic! While the hit man depserately tries to find Charlie, Charlie desperately tries to find a way to get the bag's horrific contents back across the border-despite run-ins with thieves, the police...and a peculiarly headstong smell.
