Violence in society has gone from bad to worse. The result: guns have been banned. But the killing continues and now a rash of violent homicides aimed at beautiful women has erupted.

The serial killer has effedtively eluded the police when Captain Gage (Erik Estrada) begrudgingly assigns the case to James Tucker (David Heavener), a renegade cop with attitude...and an illegal gun! But Gage takes the fun away and Tucker is forced the use the only legal weapon available - a STINGER (tranquilizer gun).

In a series of harrowing gut-wrenching episodes, Tucker finds his man and with devastating aggression reserved only for the angriest of renegade cops, he survives a near-death fight sequence and takes the killer to court. But the killer is set free by a judge who brands Tucker as excessively violent. Tucker now has to correct the TWISTED JUSTICE.
