Shipping is free worldwide.

Shipping in the U.S. is by First Class mail with delivery confirmation and Insurance. International shipping is by international first class, however, it does not include Insurance or delivery confirmation.

Shipment takes place anywhere from 1-24 hours once payment is received. Weekends and Holidays need to be considered. Most shipments will arrive in 3-4 days.

Please note: If you pay by check, you will have a significant delay in receiving your item. Please allow at least 3 weeks.

We always try to accomodate your exchange requests. Stock on hand is limited, so this may not always be successful.

As a courtesy, we offer a 3 day inspection period on any auction item when payment is received no later than 5 days from the date of auction close. This is a return privilege, extended to customers who send payment on time. Late payments do not qualify for return privileges. Any refund will be for the price paid, minus shipping & handling, and 15% restocking fee, when the item is returned in the same condition it was sold. No refund will be issued for items that have been used, altered, or damaged.

I try to answer all emails promptly. Remember that I have a life and may not always be available. Also, I have no control over things like power outages, servers being down, computer crashes, jury duty, and natural disasters.
