Please call the number posted if you do not recognize the charge and a customer service representative will be happy to clarify the item(s) purchased. Due to the costly time and fees involved with Charge Backs, Medical Products Shop will charge the customer a $20.00 fee for each Charge Back. In the event of any Charge Back transactions, the customer agrees to pay this fee.
