If an item is damaged, I do expect the return of the damaged item with shipping expense paid by the buyer. I do wait until I receive to refund your money. I hope to have lots of repeat buyers. I would like to keep the sales inside the 50 state but if your outside of the United States, shipping will be more so please let me know what you want to purchase and I will add shipping before you pay. If you wish to pay some other way besides Paypal, please let me know and I will provide you with the name, adress, zip, etc. I do wait until payment is received before I ship out your item. I prefer paypal but I do accept money orders and checks. If you decide to pay by personal check, then I do wait until the check clears the bank before I send out your merchandise.
