Appears to be exceedingly rare
edition. I found six copies on the internet. The cheapest being
priced at $45.00 (without a dust jacket). Two in original
jackets, the cheapest $60.00.
THE
VOLUME: About GOOD+
condition. Tightly bound and square. Bumped
corners. Light to moderate edge wear with a bit more at spine
and board corners. One 1/4” closed tear at upper spine tip. A
few spots of light soiling. Some fading at lower rear ege
(visible in photo).
Interior
of book has very clean, tanned pages typical of the first
edition. Most pages appear in good condition, but upper edge of
textblock was bumped, with dents and chips of up to 1/8” deep
between pages 44-78. (Please see photos.)
Previous
owner has written her name in pencil in blanks of “This is my
book.”

DUSTJACKET: A NEW FACSIMILE
copy of the the very scarce dust jacket, which sold
with the First Edition of this story, made from a high
resolution scan, and printed with archival quality paper and
inks (80 yr inks). This dust jacket can be purchased separately
for $12.00.
