You have 14 days from the date of activation to cancel your contract with T-Mobile and cancel the order with Cellhub.com.
You can return the product by obtaining a RA # (Return Authorization number) from our customer service department at customerservicetri@gmail.com. Upon returning the product, there will be a restocking fee of $25 and if the order received free shipping there will also be a $10 shipping charge for you to send it back to us.
