This ad is for one surgical steel with a black rubber gasket or o ring around. This ring has four rubber bands or gaskets. Rubber is durable but it can be nicked or cut with sharp edges. Steel should not tarnish like silver. Please you must be sure of your ring size before buying. The listed sizes are the only one that I have available at this time.
