This is the latest addition to our specialty coffee menu. These coffee beans come directly from the Selva Negra Coffee Estate in Nicaragua. This coffee is sustainable coffee, Rainforest Alliance certified, organically grown, bird friendly and shade grown, in the highlands of Nicaragua´s Matagalpa region. The quintessential Nicaraguan Estate coffee has a perfect triangular balance of body, flavor and acidity. It's grown micro region in the Maltagalpa area with a very unique soil and climate. This coffee is highly dependant on the roast. The depth of this cup tends to increase as the coffee cools. Selva Negra is a sustainable coffee plantation that welcomes tourists! From the food on the table in the lakeside restaurant to the electricity in the quaint half-timbered cabins, everything needed to run this little kingdom is produced at Selva Negra.
Our coffee will have a "Roasting Date" where our roaster certifies when your coffee was actually roasted and bagged. For best results, we recommend that you use the coffee within 6 months of the roasting date and within 30 days after opening.
Custom roasted coffee means that we will never store our roasted coffee and wait for buyers to order it. We will roast your coffee only after you order it. It doesn't get any fresher! We will custom roast it just like you want it.
We will gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges if your order is returned . Contact us for help or assistance in processing a return. Merchandise will be accepted for return within 15 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
All returns requires a RMA number which can be recieved by contacting us ,check out our service department.Items cannot be returned without a RMA number.
Please fill out an RMA request to arrange for the repair or replacement. A 15%restocking fee is charged to all non -defective returns.
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!
Merchandise which are refused will be charged at 25% restocking fee excluding shipping and handling charges.
Note: All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
