This item is DC COMICS STAR TREK #27! Published in June, 1986, this is a direct sales edition. The cover reads: "A DAY IN THE LIFE OF STAR TREK ENDS IN RED ALERT!" The inside story is based on the series created by GENE RODDENBERRY and the title is "AROUND THE CLOCK". ROBERT GREENBERGER - writer, TOM SUTTON & RICARDO VILLAGRAN - artists. I am not a comic book grader, but upon close inspection I have found just a few very slight creases across the spine, and very little wear along the edges of the cover. The pages are clean, crisp and complete! I would say this book is in NM Condition! It would be a wonderful addition to any STAR TREK collection! It has been carefully stored in an archival box, and comes from a non-smoking environment. It is bagged and will be boarded and carefully packaged in cardboard when shipped!
