Gold Plated 18" Filigree Open Heart Necklace with white brilliant cut cubic zirconia stones and 4 black marquee cut stones. This is very pretty and looks like a very expensive necklace.

The Heart has an approximately 1-1/4" hand and is about 15/16" wide.
