Refunds & Returns
You have 14 days from the date of activation to cancel your contract with T-Mobile and cancel the order with Cellhub.com.
You can return the product by obtaining a RA # (Return Authorization number) from our customer service department at customerservicetri@gmail.com. Upon returning the product, there will be a restocking fee of $25 and if the order received free shipping there will also be a $10 shipping charge for you to send it back to us. Contract Terms

During this initial 121 day period, you will be unable to downgrade your plan or remove any additional features you chose at the time of sale.
