Apparently, this book was supposed to actually scream when you opened it and stop when you turned the page.
It looks like it operated similarly to those singing greeting cards.
The electronic mechanism doesn't work anymore.
The inside front cover is slit open exposing the wires and electronic pieces with a sticker covering it up.
Otherwise, this book is in very nice condition with minor wear to the cover.
No torn or ripped pages.
