Quilt handquilted,2 patch,Rose n peach flowers design 32x40in-5138
Quilt top has been machine sewn together and then handquilted,using lap quilt technique.It's 2 patch I guess you would say.
1 fabric is a rose color with fence like lines a little darker.The other fabric is little yellow flowers with green leaves on a pink or peach background
. Each square is about 3 1/2" square.As you can see I have criss crossed the quilting on the whole pc.using white quilting thread.The backing is a pale tonal rose fabric..I have washed and dried the quilt hence the reason it looks so wrinkled.Has a cozy feeling to it. The batting is warm and natural cotton.The binding has been machine sewn on then double folded and hand sewn to the backing.#5138
