Each kit contains: bath salts, 2 candles, 1 candle holder plus instructions on their use.
Payment: I only accept paypal or money orders. Personal checks are not accepted. I expect payment within 7 days of purchase. All International Buyers must contact us prior to purchasing for Shipping.
Return Policy:
If you need to return a product - you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. You must have
the original invoice number to reference. I will only accept items for return that are
approved and given an RMA number. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
DAMAGES:
If you are missing merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 3 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Mystical Creations will upon your request replace any merchandised that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
Shipping fee's are non-refundable. In any event that your product is damaged due to shipping(UPS - USPS) please file a damage claim with them.
