Products showing (Item on Hold) means that the product has been sold and currently not in stock. The hold will be removed once the product becomes available for sale again.


RETURN POLICY

All products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the product or with the quality, materials or workmanship, you may return the product with all accompanying materials for a full refund or a new replacement when regarding defects. Replacements will be shipped to you for free. Initial shipping cost will be refunded. Returning shipping cost will not be refunded. There are no restocking fees. Product must be returned in brand new condition. Please contact me before sending the product back. Since I deal with several sources, I will need to send you proper instructions on how and where to return the product.

I ship only to the United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska or to P.O./APO Boxes.
A tracking number will be e-mailed to you as soon as it becomes available.


COMBINED SHIPPING

All products can be combined for a shipping discount. You can reach me by using the “Contact Seller” or e-mail me at crossroadsretailers@gmail.com to enquire about combined shipping discounts on products you are interested in purchasing.

You can go ahead and purchase multiple products, and I will reimburse you on the combined shipping discounts.

Option 2

You can add multiple products to your cart and go through the checkout process. Once you have reached the “Select Payment” section in the checkout process, a comment box will be available to you to add a comment for the seller (me). Add a comment if you would like, then select PayPal as your payment method. Finally click on “Submit Order”. At this point an invoice has been sent to me. You can either close your web browser or revisit my website at http://crossroadsretailers.blujay.com. Within 24 hours, I will revise the invoice to reflect the shipping discounts. Blujay will notify you about the update by e-mail and provide a link linking you back to the updated invoice. At that point, you can make your payment.
