Each measures 5.5 inches tall and 4 inches wide. Made in Austria, and though identical in shape, the decoration varies slightly due to being painted by two different artisans. Under the base they have hand painted numbers to identify the decorator and 3 sets of impressed numbers which identify the mold type, factory and the year of manufacture. The markings indicate that these date to 1893. Directly from an estate as found, they are both about mint condition with no chips, cracks, crazing and only very slight loss of Gold at the tips of the handles and the edge of the top rim.
