I'm having difficulty pin pointing if this is reverse glass or silhouette. Anyway the background appears to be an iridescent foil that adds texture to the piece. It measures 5 1/2 by 7 1/2 and has an extremely old wire in the back to affix to a wall. As far as I can see, it is not signed.
