This is an excellent long sleeveless twist dress, by Nostalgia...100% easy care hand wash, rayon, it is done in a gorgeous shade of deep turquoise though appearing more sky blue in the photo...It is pull over styling with a keyhole single button at the nape and has a tie back to cinch in the waist...The skirt falls to a nice twirly hem....Tagged size small, optimum fit is 35-38 inch bustline and it tapers out so 40" hips will be no problem with this one...Underarm to hem is 45 inches....This wonderful warm weather dress is in new condition and maintains the original paper hangtag.
