If an item needs to be returned for any reason, please contact us first to obtain an RMA #. Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. All items must be returned in their original packaging and no writing can be made on the outside of the package as our warehouse will not accept the return in this condition. Cell phones are not returnable to us, they must be returned to the manufacturer if they are DOA (dead on arrival) only.
