Summary:
All sales are final customer can exchange only if phone is out of the box defective or dead on arrival, in such cases customer can exchange his phone for a new unit of same model with in 2 days from the date purchased product is delivered. Customer can return the phone for refund with in 2 days from the date purchased product is delivered, with 15% restocking fee and shipping is non refundable. Any phones returned back due to refusal delivery, buyer's remorse or are returned since no one was at location to sign and accept the product will be subject to 15% restocking fee. If such products are requested to be reshipped, customer will be charged for the shipping fee.
Other:
All packages shipped require signature at time of delivery. Once the package has been shipped it cannot be rerouted to another address. We do not provide any pick up service from our warehouse, all products are shipped.
If you getting the package shipped to an apartment building please mention it your building super, reception personnel or neighbor to lookout for a shipment you are expecting. If someone signs for the package at the address provided by the customer, it will be customer's responsibility to track the package from there on. We do suggest providing your work address as shipping address if no one is going to be available to sign for the package at your home.
All packages are shipped with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once package is shipped. You will easily be able to track you package via the link provided to you on the email. The shipping carrier systems might run slower at time, hence you might get email from us with the tracking number but the link provided on it might show that tracking number is invalid or untraceable, in such a case do not be alarmed just give few hours for the system to update itself.
Some phones might not include instruction books / phone manuals in English. You may have to download manuals from respective manufacturer's websites or order directly from manufacturers or service providers. All the phones come with 1 year manufactures warranty, all GSM & unlocked phones come with international warranties, hence you might have to contact international locations for any servicing for them.
