Here is what I believe to be a military button. It has an EAGLE looking to his right, holding on to an ANCHOR. This makes me think it is a NAVY button. The back is a screw-in type, which makes me think it might not be an actual button but some other military pin or something. I believe this to be brass, but don't know enough about it.

SHIPPING: Winner agrees to pay purchase price plus shipping, handling, and insurance. Money orders are shipped the weekday following receipt. Unfortunately, PayPal has begun charging sellers a "receiving" fee for commercial transactions, and sellers are not allowed to ask buyers to cover this fee. I am sorry that they have instituted this policy, as I used to be able to accept personal transaction payments fee-free via balance transfer and bank account transfer. Ah, the good old days ...
