Michelangelo Buonarroti is one of the greatest artists of all time, a man whose name has become synonymous with the word "masterpiece".

Michelangelo was born on March 6, 1475 in the village of Caprese, Italy. He was one of the most important artists of the Italian Renaissance, a period when the arts and sciences flourished.

The images are JPEG files averaging 1000 X 800 pixels each. They are perfect for making excellent prints. These are fantastic hard to find images. They are single versions. There is no duplication of images that would pump up the image count.
