Each Levels of Discovery furniture piece comes with its own set of easy-to-follow assembly instructions. Please read all instructions thoroughly before beginning assembly.
All Levels of Discovery product's are produced in a single factory in China where they are virtually the only customer. Therefore, the standards are rigorously upheld and followed by the factory's management and staff. Additionally, all of our products are tested by an independent, 3rd party, internationally recognized testing laboratory. They conduct all required and recommended testing as developed by the CPSC (US agency) and other regulatory agencies. No product is allowed into production until all tests have been passed and I have received the full, detailed report. All paint is continuously re-certified to ensure compliance with all standards for lead or heavy metal content. |

Returns Policy:
We will gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges if your order is returned . Contact us for help or assistance in processing a return. Merchandise will be accepted for return within 15 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
All returns requires a RMA number which can be recieved by contacting us ,check out our service department.Items cannot be returned without a RMA number.
Please fill out an RMA request to arrange for the repair or replacement. A 15%restocking fee is charged to all non -defective returns.
Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!
Refused Returns
Merchandise which are refused will be charged at 25% restocking fee excluding shipping and handling charges.
Note: All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
