All items are shipped via UPS Ground and include insurance coverage up to $100 at no charge.
Orders ship out the day after payment is received,(in some cases an order may take 1-3 days to process).
Customers can expect to receive an order within 2-10 business days, Please remember we are located on the east coast (If you are in CA out west it may be closer to 10 days).
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged Please contact us at jblwholesale@aol.com ASAP Returns are accepted if we are notified within 7 days of receipt and item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Refund of full purchase price will be given (less shipping cost) or if possible item can be replaced.
We are not responsible for uninsured returns, returns lost in mail etc.
