GERTRUDE FEATHERED HAT
**VINTAGE**
Welcome! I am pleased to present this beautiful vintage hat designed by Gertrude!
Blue hat has large, soft feathers in colors of red, white, and blue. Fully netted. Looks like wool, but inside it says genuine velour. Interior measures 7.5". The netting is not perfect, but is in nice condition & displays well.
