Shouichi Tsugami, fights creatures that threaten mankind as Kamen Rider Agito. These creatures, codenamed Unknown, fear that humans with the abilities to transform in to Agito (Kamen Rider Agito) increases. The fight with the Unknown are joined by a man-made rider system G-3 (later upgraded to G3-X) and the green nature rider, Gills.
