Payment Options: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover via Google Checkout and Paypal. Once payment has been cleared, the inventory will be released. However, payment has to be made within 3 days after customers have sent us their invoices. Failing to do so will result in the item(s) to be relisted and customers' "accepted" invoice be automatically cancalled.
Order Processing: After we have received your cleared payment, we will proceed your purchases in 1-2 working days in order to make sure that your products can be delivered as early as possible. We understand our customers very well that they want to receive their products as soon as they have settled their payment. That is why we will try our best to make sure this step can be completed in 1-2 working days. We will also put a lot of afford in wrapping and packing of your order so as to make sure your products to be shipped with a maximum physical protection. Local pick-up is not accepted.
Shipping: ALL items are shipped via 1st class registered airmail with online tracking feature. Make sure you provide us an address where you (or someone you know) can accept the package. NO POST OFFICE BOXES because signature of the recipient is required before the parcel can be collected. Due to customs delay in different countries, we cannot guarantee exact delivery standard as stated in your order. We suggest that you wait for at least 14 working days after our suggested delivery has passed and you still haven't received your order and you are welcome to contact us for following-up.
Insurance: Please note that insurance is required with your purchase of over $500. We are not responsible for the loss and damage of your package once it has been shipped. However we can promise you that before we pack your order, your item/items is/are in good condition (unless state otherwise).
Refunds/Exchanges: No refunds and exchanges are accepted, unless we send you the wrong item(s). All sales are final.
