REFUNDS AND RETURNS: We accept return items if merchandise sent is defective or not as advertised.
• If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 3 calendar days from receipt of merchandise.
• Please provide invoice number, item number, short description of item, and specific reasons for your wish to return the item.
UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR RETURNED ITEM: We will inspect the product to determine your eligibility for a full refund.
• If we had sent the item in error, or if the item was defective or misrepresented, we will immediately credit the account with which you paid (total amount charged to your account plus return shipping).
• If you had returned the item at no fault on our part, we will refund you the purchase amount of the product minus 20% restocking fee (excludes shipping charges).
• If item is returned damaged, soiled or used in comparison to its condition before we shipped to you, you will not be eligible for any refund.
SHIPMENT: We normally ship via Priority Mail to USA within one business day after payment has been cleared. For other shipment options or for international shipping rates, please contact us.
