Plot summary: A popular but shy high school athlete tries to help out his friend, who's been sold some bad dope by a local dealer named Mussolini. Mussolini is accidently killed and his body is dumped in the Hudson river, where the Mohawk Nuclear Power Plant has just had a major radiation leak. He returns all a-glow, supercharged and hell-bent on revenge.
