Offered today from my personal collection of high end vintage knives is a very nice Hammer Brand Equal End with nickle silver bolsters & shield! Liners are brass and knife is very clean. Handles are made from a black plastic composition & jigged. They have a couple of cuts on front side which you have to look closely to see. Hammer Brand was around from 1878-1932, and I estimate this knife to be from the 1920`s. Large blade is marked HAMMER over BRAND with the famous arm & hammer logo. Smaller blade is unmarked. Both blades are very clean with only slight sharpening and a couple of tiny stains. Great snap both ways on both blades too! A super knife for use or your collection at a great price, so don`t miss out!
