Great American Tea Company, New York City - Antique Lithographed Victorian Advertising Trade Card. Sweet Victorian baby on the front. Advertising on the back: "Good News to All" with information about the china premiums the company gave away to customers - Moss Rose and Gold Band China Tea Sets - with orders of $40 and up. Card measures 3 by 4-1/4 inches. Light surface wear and chipping to top edge on face side. Back lightly yellowed with slight glue residue.
Each item is an original card from a late-nineteenth century scrapbook. The image, printed by color lithography, is a chromolithograph, or "chromo."
