When you purchase an item from me, you will receive a tracking number for your package within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays) via comments on your Blujay invoice and in a separate message to your e-mail. Communication is key, and I remain in contact with you while your order is being processed, shipped, and once it arrives. You can always expect a reply to questions or concerns within 24 hours.
