SHIPPING/DELIVERY:
Most new items will be shipped by UPS with a tracking number provided. Shipping within 2-3 business days, and Delivery within 7-10 business days. Used items may be shipped by USPS Priority Flat Rate or Economic regular rate. Insurance provided on most new items, and is optional/extra on used items, or items not already covered.
At this time, we only ship to US mainland, but in some cases we may ship to Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Phillipines, & Alaska.

RETURN POLICY:
Brand new merchandise can be returned or replaced within 3 days. Returns for damaged or defective merchandise must be made within 3 days of delivery. Used merchandise cannot be returned.

If items are replaced, and new packaging is needed, there will be a 20% restocking fee, and all return shipping is at the customer's expense.
