Three of the four levels in "tape A" are performed sitting or lying down on the floor, for a total of 41 minutes, with just seven minutes more performed while standing. In "tape B" there are two levels, for a total of 26 minutes, in which you will learn to massage your sore spots to increase circulation, and do a muscle-building, spine-massaging floor series followed by relaxation exercises.
Included is a detailed, 20-page index / guide which lists each exercise against the functions of the body it will help.
