All other buyers, please request a shipping quote BEFORE you buy.
RETURNS
Unless otherwise stated, ALL items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final and legally binding.
If we say the item works, then it was tested to the best of our ability.
If you feel we have grossly misdescribed an item, an RMA can be requested.
If issued, we will offer to repair or replace your item with another item as close to the original description as possible within 5 business days of it's return.
In all cases, the buyer pays for return shipping and shipping charges are none refundable.
In case of return of working item 15% restocking fee applies.
Any return that does not have an RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused.

We will e-mail you with any available tracking information, usually the afternoon after your order ships.
Orders ship between 2 to 5 business days after payment is made. We can not control shipment times after we ship.Most items are shipped through USPS, with a tracking number.
