The Fujifilm FinePix S3100 will replace the FinePix S3000 as a 4-megapixel digital camera for beginners who want simplicity and power. The device offers a 6X optical zoom lens, low-light viewfinder, a pistol-style grip, and optional telephoto and wide-angle lens adapters. Video capabilities are limited, however, to 10-fps video at up to 320 by 240 pixels. It supports xD-Picture Card media and runs on double-A alkaline or rechargeable batteries.
