Paypal is the preferred method of payment but we do accept personal checks and money orders. We are Paypal verified. Item(s) will not be shipped until payment has cleared the banking facility which will take approximately 15 business days (Mon.-Fri). You will be charged a $30.00 fee for returned checks.
Shipping/Handling: We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Items will ship via USPS within 15 business days (Mon-Fri) once clear payment is received. Insurance is not included in shipping/handling price provided. Please contact me for insurance quote if you wish to purchase insurance. We are not responsible for items that are lost or received damaged if insurnace is not purchased.
International requests, please contact me prior to purchase and I will be more than happy to provide you with a shipping/handling quote. We are not responsible for items that are lost or received damaged and/or any other fees that may be incurred with regards to shipping internationally.
Multiple orders: Please provide me with the items you are looking to purchase along with your zip code and I will be more than glad to provide you with a combined shipping/handling quote.
Items must be returned within 7 days as long as return is agreed upon by both seller and buyer before funds are refunded. No refunds are provided unless item is returned. Buyer is required to return item at their cost unless otherwise agreed. The refund will not exceed the purchase price and does not include the original shipping amount.
Most of the items in this shop are custom handmade and the items you receive may look slightly different from the one you receive.
We do accept custom requests. If you have a word phrase or design that you would like to see on wood or glass, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you with your custom request.
