Successful band leader for over 50 years. Toured for more than 20 years nationally and internationally. Sold over 200 thousand records, albums and CD's and has recorded with many national and international acts. He can be heard on Norton Records, Westmont Records, SBBC Records, International AFR Records, and Rodell Records.
Frank Roberts Sr. has his music history and one of his tenor saxophones on display at the Northwest Passage exhibit of the Experience Music Project (EMP) in Seattle, Washington. EMP is an interactive music museum celebrating creativity and innovation in popular music. Frank is showcased next to other great artists like Quincy Jones, Ray Charles, and Jimi Hendrix.
