This is a Forever Gel Candle
Forever Gel Candles are gel candles that have an extra votive piece in the center of the candle. When you burn all the gel that is in that center piece out, you can place a votive or a tea light candle in and it will illuminate the whole candle. It's very beautiful and if there is a fragrance it will fill the room even with the tealight or votive candle in it.
