"Feeling hot hot hot!” This piece of wood was a great find. I loved the distressed, broken and irregular shape. Originally I tried to paint a bear and a tree on it, but that just wasn’t working out. I washed it off and waited a bit… then suddenly “PEPPERS!” I set about painting again. I loved how the peppers and checkerboard just worked out. It is a very vivid and lively piece. The measurements are sort of weird because of the smaller top. The top part is about 5 inches wide, the bottom is about 9 inches wide and it is about27 inches tall-with out the hanger. The top has a great wrapped barbed wire hanger. It’s painted with indoor/outdoor paint, so it could be hung near a pick nick table, or outdoor kitchen. Anyways, I hope you like it!
