East German Type Police Cap With Ear Flaps and Pin NEW Sz 57

This is one of the few things I've listed that I've not been able to find enough information on. I leave it to the buyer to know the specifics on this "Police" or "Military" hat.
History: I purchased a few international military articles of clothing from a gentleman who recently closed his Sporting Goods store. Since we are in the North Country, he also carried many "keep warm" items...this is one of them. He told me this is a German Military cap.
Green cap/hat, ear flaps that are able to be brought up to the top & secured with a button, same color bill, metal emblem with wheat design. Marked MDI, 1/F, (size) 57 inside cap.
Item is brand new (I do not know when it was manufactured). |
