Diamond Dyes & Paints, Antique Lithographed Victorian Advertising Trade Card. "Color your children's clothes with Diamond dyes." A girl in a white dress looks at another girl wearing a bright outfit. Printed on paper. Advertising on back for Diamond Paints for decorative work. Measures 3-1/4 by 2-1/4 inches; top corners clipped, bottom edge trimmed. Back is yellowed.
This item is an original card from a late-nineteenth century scrapbook. The image, printed by color lithography, is a chromolithograph, or "chromo."
