Company reservices the right to initiate legal action against any party vioalting our copyrights.

Item Condition. Items are system pulls from working systems estimated from 6 months and have been verified as working at the time of shipment.
Payment Service : It is the buyer's sole responsiblity to ensure their information on the payment service used is accurate and up to date. Under no circumstances will our company ship to an alternate address other than the confirmed/verified address provided by the payment service.Any funds received via PayPal will have a mandatory ten business day hold. For security reasons, these funds will be on hold for a period of no less than ten business days.
Shipment : All items will be shipped to confirmed addresses only which has been provided by the payment service used by the buyer. For the security of both our company and our customers, we ask that all shipment addresses have a verified shipment & billing address. Regardless of what is placed on the checkout of the item, the items will only be shipped to the verified billing address which has been provided by the payment service. Special order items may take up to six weeks for shipment.

Terms of Sale : All sales are final. There are no cancellations of orders once the checkout has been completed.
Warranty. All products will come with a 7 day DOA (defective on arrival) warranty. All sales regarding purchases are final. Shipping charges are not refundable and buyer is responsible for shipment charges for returning the item. Tampering, modification, abuse of item will instantly void warranty. All products which require the buyer to open the computing system will require a manufacturer licensed technician to preform installation. These types of products will require a statement from the technician to be enclosed in the return if item is found to be DOA. Any buyer who performs any installation where the opening of the computer system is needed, will have their warranty immediately voided.
